This Latching Panic Exit Saddle is designed to be used with a surface applied vertical rod exit device and as a door stop and rubber seal at the bottom of doors. It is made of high quality material that will ensure long-lasting usage. Available in various different aluminum, anodized, and Bronze Finishes and is custom cut to size.
Acoustic & smoke containment:
Threshold plates provide a firm effective sealing surface for threshold / drop seals to rest against, to help ensure the best possible smoke and acoustic seal.
