Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?

Sure, we are willing to offer free sample, it just needs you to bear the shipping freight cost.

Can we customize the packaging? For instance, can we have our logo displayed on the packaging?

Sure, we can customize the packaging for you. However, this will require MOQ, and this MOQ will vary according to your requirements. If it's just to display the logo, we can achieve this by pasting labels to the packaging.

How long is your delivery time?

For products in stock: Within 10 days. For products without stock: It depends on the quantity and is typically 25-30 days.

What the incoterms do you provide?

We can provide you different trade terms as you need. Such as FOB, CIF, DDP are available.

What is your terms of payment ?

Payment≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
